It is, god knows what keeps it standing up but it's certainly got rural charm this time of year, I love my work!

We're moving house gradually and my little cars been fantastic for running shit to the tip and picking stuff up from DIY shops.

Next challenge is bringing my new garden gate home. It doesn't look much but it's so heavy it's probably got its own gravitational pull. I'm sure the 2cv will cope...

Had a run up to a customer in Middlewich in The Shed today to show him how not to restore an old Citroen - he owns an immaculate H Van he got from 2CV**** Got a lot of interested looks zooming along the M6 at 70, especially from Big Rig drivers

You could always remove the roof and boot lid entirely, then you're driving around in a motorised trough, which might make transporting it easier!

Forgot to mention the builders skip and LPG forklift in your pic Russ......real class

With the front passenger seat out you can get a 2.2metre worktop in and still close the boot :-)

I can forklift the gate in through the roof, but getting it out the other end without damaging the car is unlikely. I'll manage.

Why not have it laid flat on the roof and use straps around it through the door/roof openings to secure it,with suitable padding to protect your bodywork ?
