Last night at my local, Greene King Abbot Reserve and Abbot. Beware of the Abbot Reserve, it's seriously strong. They only brew it at Christmas and it's about 6 point something.

Right now (10.30am) strong coffee. Worked too hard yesterday so I slept very deeply, and now I'm trying to rev up...
Tonight I'll be supping a bit of Spitfire, I reckon.

During the day? ......coffee,a can of coke or D&B and/or the occassional glass of Sarsaparilla [theres a blast from the past ;) .....can any-one else remember it  ].
Evening? ......a few of cans/bottles of a good traditional beer .....Hobgoblin/Marstons Old Empire/Speckled Hen/Black Sheep etc .....I generally try to avoid anything under 4% .... generally refering to such beers as "slop" ...
