By 'life story', Old Nail, I just meant stories from your life :P

I read a book a wee while ago called 'The Stornoway Way' by a fellow who lived through the same place and time as myself. Although his experiences were far more extreme than anything I got remotely close to, it was still pretty evocative and tingling to read.

"...and my continued penchant for strong alcohol is why Mrs. Nail was doing more gurning than a deaf translator last night." Hmmm, with some justification, then...

"That's what all those silly laws are for, to be broken by blokes like us, see, I'm out for a good time - all the rest is propaganda!" Arthur Seaton.

I've just got in from a night out in Wigan, bloody hell those Wigan girls must be freezing!

That yellow R4 is quite funky.

How about a change? I'm leaning towards an old commercial at times, they make a lot of sense. (which isn't like me)

I don't have space for an H van, but I'm tempted by a 2CV van, but only something that's hanging together by a thread and 425cc. Something I can just use and abuse for work. Prices on Leboncoin seem to be all over the place though, it's hard to know what something's actually worth.

What about Acadiane, much cheaper than 2cv fourgonettes :?:

Cheaper, but 602cc and Dyane based. I disike Dyanes, and feel I need a 425cc. Never had one see. Although if cheap enough and good enough I could be convinced.

Anything like that knocking about your area Viking?

I think it's safe to say I will never be rich.
