Re: Cool 2cv pictures 3. Fantastic photo there Geit, amazing side by side low-loaders, not seen that before. I'd love to go back in time, and take a few off those vans off the back of one of those lorries. Could do with a TARDIS

Re: Cool 2cv pictures 3. In reply to the caption on the RN pick-ups. It's a well known fact that almost all of the 2cv pick-ups were pushed overboard, into the Indian Ocean and replaced by Land Rovers(the RN had taken possession of helicopters that could lift Landies).

I too have heard that, but I've also heard a lot were sold off through surplus.
