Such is the trade off. Walking and texting is one thing but there have been many road accidents cause by this and the use of mobiles whilst driving.

Re: help needeed from the yoof The govt can track me all they want without much cause for concern, however owning a mobile phone allows my other half to ring me when and wherever I am which feels like a much greater encroachment on my liberty.
