Good point it doesn't mention the eu to be fair, but France has to meet eu driven targets for emissions by a certain date or receive a massive fine , so it's probably or more than likely a panic shot from the hip at an easy target in reaction to that. imo.

Why does the eu have to conform to this emission crap and pay huge fuel prices to gets to not polute so much, whereas all the countrys in the middle east the fuel os about 20-30p a litre, and they leave there emgines running all day long. What about that .? Ive seen it first hand.
