Got a mail from the dealer today. With a track 'n trace number for the new "support" (now I just hope it is for the right side - literally!):
I was so happy, that I wrote him a few words in french (I'm pretty bad at french (as well)), and he replied with a lot of french words... Think I got the meaning.
