I had a girlfriend years ago who wouldn't travel in the 2cv with me, and when she had to, she used to blush with embarassment...... Can't live with ,can't live without 'em

 Re: I've been converted...
Or you could just tell the afore mentioned surfer girl: "It's a modified Beetle that somebody has made start on the button, run economically and quietly, not belch fumes or gas you, is convertable and has the engine in the right place.......along with a better ride and superior styling" How do you like them apples Note: However, the rear seat in a 2cv is a natural contraceptive...damn uncomfortable for the horizontal cha cha...IMO

 Re: I've been converted...
If ever there was an excuse to convince the wife that we need a Dyane then that is it: Uh...Em...yeah....emm...Darling, you know how you said the rear seat in the 2cv is a bit uncomfortable (nudge, nudge wink wink)....well I know how to get around it.....How about a Dyane...(pause for smack in the head or kick in the groin, or both ) Simples indeed...
