IIRC it wasn't actually Huw's originally - although it may later have been. I forget the guy's name - John? Anyway, it was an absolute corker - had a lot of restoration done by Huw, so top-quality work. Goldy-brown 6 estate. I think it went to Finland, but seem to recall that it might have come back. If it did, it's on a different plate - PDG817G is unlicenced as of Nov '91.

Yeah, you may be right....i think Huw bought it off Jon J. It sat at my parents for a couple of years....but can't find a pic anywhere. I'll ask Huw when i next see him....

Tarquins at a stop-off point on the convoy route, Wessex Ducks indian summer camp, 1993 - i think!

'ere... I've just noticed... Ellie's Sparky is an HPX plate, too. xPX is a Portsmouth plate - and Sparky came from that end of the country.

the ami that started this may be moving slightly closer to home. france to be exact. the guys we have met that bought our cote are very interested in it and are trying to get it back to france. it may even be at french national. keep your eyes open for it. let me know as i wont be there
