The white one is convincing!
Is this kit for sale somewhere or is it only available for the lucky Britons? ;)

I find the red one quite convincing too :-)

The kit is not available anymore, I know who has the rights, he is probably not going to use those unless he hass enough orders for them to make a serie.

I don't really think I would be able to make such an interesting kit but it really amazes me.
I guess it goes quite well with the car and also looks rather functional - at least as watched from the outside.

I took the simple route to a single camper...

Image

... I just took all the seats out bar the drivers and mounted a plywood board on the passenger side. With two pieces of covered foam on the board I've slept all over Europe in it, from the Highlands of Scotland to the Black Sea in Romania and the south of Greece and Italy.

Just for clarification, I've uploaded a bareback version of the photos. One plywood board and one block of 2x4 to raise the rear of it to the height of the boot area. Perfect fit.

Took ten minutes to convert to camper and the board can even be pulled back into a standard bootspace to allow a front passenger seat. For travel in camper mode I invert the front passenger seat behind the driver's seat to store it.
