Re: Anyone know anything about this extended bootlid and roof?
The boot-lid on that white '80s 2cv won't be anything like the one you'd want. It'll have a rounded appearance to it, but not subtle, like on a pre-war Traction.

Just found that one too, the Suitcase Bulges Out 2CV. Not quite the same as the earlier ones, which I've now discovered are called a "Malle Raoul", although I've not found out who Raoul was. And there's even a 1/43 scale model.

Jee Wiz! They know what to charge at Cassis!! Haven't looked at it in detail, but is it metal, or fibre-glass? I'm guess the latter. Question is, will it fit a '70s/80s car?

When I was talking about the boot-lid being round, I meant something like this.. http://www.2cvtv.com/bootins/pages/redp ... pg_jpg.htm

Re: Anyone know anything about this extended bootlid and roof?
Do you want the boot extension just to look good/different or to actually be able to fit more into the boot?
Because I would be able to fit all the stuff from my boot extension in one of those

Aesthetics first and foremost!!! I mostly (99%) go places by myself, so not too interested in finding more space.

Raoul was the name of the company, that made the boot-lid, in the same way that Robris made the aluminium spats.

I have some pages to scan and upload, but I've no idea how to use my HP scanner

I found some one on leboncoin. You could also use one frome a Traction Avant, but that doesnt fit straight away I guess. Jeroen Cats put one on one of his cars:
