Cheers Neil. I'm sure I asked quite some time ago if anybody had some pics of converted campers but got no answer. I'll have a look when I get home tonight as the pics are censored on my works PC

Sod that for a game of cards! There are far too many things in Australia that want to kill you, I'll sleep in the car

you probably asked in an exisiting thread & it probably got 'lost'. At least if you start a thread it's less likely to be missed.

Haha, that's what I was thinking too! You dont want a fucking scorpion in you're sleepingbag? But then again, I've never been to australia. But seen on TV that you want to check you're shoes for scorpions before putting them on in the morning......

Viking, why dont you chare you're wisdom in this area? ;) (I hater bugs, in any country. So I too think the car is a great place to sleep)

Yes Viking, is what we hear about Australia being full of creatures that'll do you harm true? or it is all blown from all proportion?

I know a girl who lived there for a while, and on her way to work she opened the sun visor of her car and a huge spider dropped onto her lap. She got out of the car and ran before it had even stopped
