 Re: ECAS
20 years ago my Dad ordered a new clutch for his Charleston from ECAS. We went to fit it on the Sunday morning, only to find it was the wrong clutch. This wasn't the fault of ECAS, as they'd sent what they thought was the correct clutch, but somehow Valeo had put a coil spring clutch in a diaphragm clutch box. Despite it being a Sunday morning, we rang ECAS on the off chance that Roy might be there. He was, and he offered to personally drive over with the right clutch there and then. This is a round trip of probably about 70 miles.
Probably the best customer service I'm ever likely to experience.

 Re: ECAS
The thing i like about ECAS is that they are honest about the crap quality of some of their products, and sometimes offer a better solution, instead of just keep selling crap (like most of the 2CV parts suppliers keep doing). But after all the positive feedback i can certainly also give some negative, for example the upgraded and quite expensive oilfiller/breather pipes have transformed into pieces of rust in just a few years.
