Nice job, we had an CNC at work. You could make a program and the machine did the work.

Was all going quite well, making the oil seal/bearing plate. See photo, the rebate on the back, about 2mm of centre:(. Hopefully, I can get a larger OD seal and of set the hole to match the "Bodged" bit. Attachment:

Oh, that mistake is too easy to do. Have learned again about milling, with my tiny Bernardo... Working area about 100mm x 300mm, ideal to make small parts ro RC cars and Helicopters. Maybe enough to make some 4x4 parts also...

I have an Emco Unimat 3 for all kind of tinkering also clocks etc.

To cheer myself up, I put the diff together and did a quick video. Weight is currently and 25Kg, when finished 26Kg with all bolts and support brackets etc. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sBXIjgUM3Hw
