Re: Transfer box.. A new version... Was all going quite well, making the oil seal/bearing plate. See photo, the rebate on the back, about 2mm of centre:(. Hopefully, I can get a larger OD seal and of set the hole to match the "Bodged" bit. Attachment:

Re: Transfer box.. A new version... Oh, that mistake is too easy to do. Have learned again about milling, with my tiny Bernardo...  Working area about 100mm x 300mm, ideal to make small parts ro RC cars and Helicopters. Maybe enough to make some 4x4 parts also...
