Nice job, we had an CNC at work. You could make a program and the machine did the work.

Loverly and warm in the shed, so I turned up a bung to go the the clutch shaft hole.

Was all going quite well, making the oil seal/bearing plate.

See photo, the rebate on the back, about 2mm of centre:(.

Hopefully, I can get a larger OD seal and of set the hole to match the "Bodged" bit.

Oh, that mistake is too easy to do. Have learned again about milling, with my tiny Bernardo...

Working area about 100mm x 300mm, ideal to make small parts ro RC cars and Helicopters. Maybe enough to make some 4x4 parts also...

I have an Emco Unimat 3 for all kind of tinkering also clocks etc.

To cheer myself up, I put the diff together and did a quick video.

Weight is currently and 25Kg, when finished 26Kg with all bolts and support brackets etc.
