Small update. Supercharger removed and inlet manifold changed to n/a -version but still EFI. Only small details to make before MOT, like bonnet hinges, windshield washer and proper tires. Maybe need to adjust suspension height, lower front end some cm and raise rear..?

Maybe the steering wheel need to change to standard one, the center piece on that wheel may look not-so-good to inspectors eye, and I'm afraid I can't make any cap for that for a while...

New hinges done for bonnet. Old ones were lost outer parts and pins were rusted and cut. Was much easier I assumed, and scared...

If needed, they are easy to make nicer, but they are "good enough" for that look. They are made from 8mm steel tube with 1mm wall. Need to find correct pins, now they are from boot lid and they are straight instead of correct ones what are bent, much easier to remove with that bending...

Ready for MOT..? Maybe on next week, if they have enough time. Last test drive was nice, everything work, good tires installed, all glass, everything doublechecked...

Yes, and no. Normal part was to check lights, brakes, rust etc, this car was MOT'd last time at -92 so everything need to be at good working order. Then started te fun part, what took about two hours, to get all data correct to system. Needed to have a bunch of paper, with technical data from Mehari 4x4, Mehari 4x2 and Dyane, and with those documents that went the easy way. From 2CV it would needed to have a special permission, and that is because Mehari's are Dyane's, so it was "only" a "small change" between AY-models...
