Error or What!
Trigger wheel in Alu, can it be used with a VR, Hall Sensor or other? or are they (s)crap :(

Homemade triggerwheel 36-1 (for ignition) with my famous Vr sensor works well for me

butI think for ABS/tractioncontrol you better can use Hall (zero detecttion) meaning
Hall sensor works from 0 rpm Vr sensor runs from 60 rpm (at least in my ignition 1 tooth)
36 tooth will be less then 60 rpm but never 0....

I would make it simpler drilling/milling holes into the disk...

No, it need to be atracked!!!! by a magnet, at least for a vr sensor, some hall sensors do but i think they don.t work well in this case, again drill/mill a pattern in your disks..
