Fitted Engine and front diff into the chassis.

Couple of issues, the front of the engine is to high, which makes the transfer shaft slope down at the rear.
Will need to make some other engine mounts, to allow the front to sit lower...

Braces for the front struts need "redoing" to allow drive shaft to clear.

Will need to shorten the rear mounts.

Engine, Bell housing, clutch and front diff in place.

It all fits and shafts don't foul any where :D

With a bit more looking, pondering, thinking have decided to use the engine mounts as they were intended.

Just need to redo the remote gearbox mounts so that the transfer shafts line up.

Bit of a cock-up, forgot to put cut outs in the Bell housing to allow the discs to clear.
Will do it in-situ, have reduced the diameter of the discs by about 10mm.

This is what Joolz did in use Red One...

Fair enough, do you weld in pieces to keep the mud out?

Yeah but prototypes are always like that, after you've done the next one you'll have it all sorted :D .

Two welds forward one weld back...

As the remote gearbox need to align with the transfer shaft had to adjust the 2 side mounts and remove the rear lower mount and fit a mount at the top, not very pretty but will be painted.

Old Mount.
