Not enough room to fit the handbrake in the normal position.

Mounted it horizontally above the diff.
The long cable fits OK but the short one needs to be a lot shorter....

Hi sub-Pete, sorry but I have already booked something for the weekend (with the missis) , so no Daigny for me this year... However I looked at a map and it seems Daigny isn't that far from my home so for next year count me in..

This morning I had an inspairing moment   , (had also something to do with an email exange with mr. pony... ;) ;)

So made a little drawing..

So i guess you know what I mean with this drawing....

I can't promise you anything within the next 1/2 year, but I need it also for myself later on and you would make a good testdriver I guess..

If you are interested please give a replay maybe I can arrange something for you....

So if you realy don't know what this drawing means then please let me know and I will explain it to you :D :D  ...

Did some finger exersize yesterday evening and heres the result.. Notice it is just a shelf....

Youve got 4 heights to work with.. (just like Citroen did/does?) You just need to fill out the numbers (the sensor gives you). The sensors will give you a number between 0 and 1023 (zero is low) 1023 is high.. if the desired height is reached the relais will be turned of.. If the height is beneaht or above the given heigt a timer starts to count (see the 4 numbers around the actual height) and when time is up and the number is still lower then it should be the relais comes in and adjust the height.. Well you know what I men i guess...

Hope this is what you need.. I need this anyway..

For a start I will do front axle with 1 sensor and rear axle with 1 sensor.. In mark II it will be independent height at al 4 legs........

cheers Geo..

Looking good, what is your sensor?

Daigny will be first off road with LDS struts.

However for the

Front currently raise the suspension to a standard height and "Adjust" as necessary??.

Rear have left the springs in place and only raise when suspension when extra clearance is needed.

As told befor this is only a non working shell for now (but in my mind it already works) so I can do this..

After another search this evening I'm going to use the sensor I already have.. It is a tps sensor but very usable for this purpose... Al the level suspension sensors I looked at this evening on internet are no good in the end so I'm going to use this sensor.. (p.s. it will work with Arduino too)....

It is this one and yes I order them here, because they are cheaper there then here in Holland :? :?

I have used this sensor in my BX sport and my 2cv turbo.. with Megasquirt, so I;m familair with them.. Attaching a lever to it and a bearing will do the job....
