Have had thoughts about reaming the hole out, but the reamer size I can buy is 4.99mm
Thats leaves .01 mm which is still too much for a friction fit with hardened pins :( :?:

Re-assembled the rear cover with Loctite gasket and then saw the bearing, missing one ball bearing!!!
Dismantled it all to check, all the other bearings are OK :D

The last bearing fits from the outside and is held in place by the oil seal cover. :D

Front Diff(Gearbox) reassembled and ready to refit.

HOWEVER!

Have found the steering rack has a very nasty "clack" and is also to loose.
For me that is a real bummer to get under the car to remove and solve issue and refit, but the weather is good at the moment :)
