Not such a task as the have been taked apart and assembled a number of times and they are also nice and clean.

Re: Make Your Own ....2CV.... 4x4 Having waited 3 months for a local macine shop to make some drive shaft adapters for the rear gear box , I embarked on making my own, using the front ones for dimensions. Used QCAD to make a drawing. Laser Cut or Water Jet ? Laser cheaper whereas Water Jet is more accurate and can do small holes but expensive. Opted for Laser with the hole positions marked up. Use a sharp centre-punch and an eye glass for accuracy, to mark out the centre-points for drilling. Hours with the drill press/9mm and 10mm taps.... Blank Laser Cut Attachment:
