Re: Make Your Own ....2CV.... 4x4 Modified the C5 struts to allow fitment of a coil spring, so that the static ride height is set without the need of the LDS part of the strut Did a calculation for the spring and it is far to soft  The spring sits have way along the arm so 400 lbs/" ??? would be far better than 240lbs/" Attachment:

Its only a diff, gearbox/transfer box will sit behind the steering tube.

Re: Make Your Own ....2CV.... 4x4 Springs, Springs and more Springs. Found some soft front 2cv springs, fitted as Coil-Over they seem to be about right. Just need to fabricate a stronger top mount  Attachment:
