Spent 2 days taking the milling machine apart to remove a jammed adjustment wedge, that had come loose, now re-assembled and working :D :D :D .

Also Turned the 4th gear "off" the layshaft, this will be the power transfer shaft to the remote gearbox

This evening I made a testbench for 1-2-level.... I put in a 50 eurocent potentiometer and voila i've got a level indicator...

Heres an image...

The levelindicator goes from 214 to 695 at my testbench. So you put the axle in the position you want and then fill out the numbers. Then if your switches are in position H1 the pump will run till position H1 is reached. If the car is higher then H1 the release valve will open and the car drops. Moving the switch to position H2 the pump will start to pump again aso..

Notice the indicator is at level H0 so the pump will get current (lower red light is burning) till H1 is reached..

I made a little video which says more then 1000 words but ist will take another hour or so to arrive at youtube...

All I need now is implementing the factor time.. if the position lets say is more then 5 seconds to low the pump will start ect..

Heres the video...

https://youtu.be/XdE9ActBd8k

Take a note, when the lower light is shining the pump would go on and the car rises if the upper light is shining the release valve would open and the car will descend..

Now I need to programm a (little) delay, just like Citroen does too...
There are around 500 height calculations per second. So I will take averige from about 2500 measurements.
When the average is to low all the time the pump will start.

If the average goes from low to high within the 2500 measurments the measurments will start at zero again...

If the average is to high all the time the relaese valve will open

I think this will work for a start... At last you can adjust the responce time...

Hope you understand all this and like it..

Very clever stuff, like it.
Is it based on 12Spark hardware?

Yes, 1-2-spark hardware will be fine.. I miss 1 output but we can take the
petrol pump output and/or the revlimiter output and relais..

p.s. I'm doing also the 1-2-squirt (injection) with the same hardware....
