I use front arms now they are shorter then rear arms (correct if I'm wrong), I want to modify them; grind the welding loose and then turn them backwards, the only thing is that my wheelbase is growing to meaning wider turns which is bad for trail driving.
How are your rear arms do they have the length of a front arm or rear arm. ??

Barbour kit rear arms have the same length as std 2cv rear arms. Louis used to make rear arms from front arms as well, before he started making the tubular ones.

btw, yes front arms are shorter than rear arms.

lpgo, ive been wowed by your sahara so many times
quick question

the bits to produce it, (special gear box linkages, the clutch bits and anything else different to standard) how did you go aobut these, did you produce them yourself?

Today I made the rear-bumper, out of stainless steel. Because I don't have any place for rearlights I put them on the bumper, it looks nice doesn't it.
The lights are trailer lights they cost about 3 euros a pair, so let the trees come........
It was difficult to bend the 8mm protection-bars but it looks really good now.

made a little bonnet in the back to acces the rear diff it's a lot easier to maintain it this way..

I don't do a boot lid, the roof will go all the way down (old roof)!!
