Geo, an observation, from my set-up/Tests (Numerous).

My 2 springs worth..
If your suspension is too hard, maybe move the Mounting point, 15mm back up the arm.
A small change in the pivot makes a large difference to the springing.

I will STEAL :o your plans for the support of your Air Shocks...
Even though my front suspension is trailing arm, I can utilise the same sort of frame, to allow the arms to be pushed down.
Like your project even more know...

fotos comming up... at the moment I'm playing with my injection system.. squirting the fuel at a certain crankangle (ofcourse the angle set to your wishes (at the moment starting to squirt 90 degrees after top dead center) gives maximum poweroutput..., It gives you a lot of extra power, I never believed it had such an impact on power output)...

I love squirting...... fuel...

Here are the pictures you requested, please enjoy.. Be aware that this is just my first attempt, welding somethings together without much effort (so if it doesn;t work I didn't spend to much time on it...) So some things look unfinnished and shabby and ofcourse they are at he moment unfinished and shabby

However overall I like it a lot and this will be how I'm going to do it (some minor detailed changes and that's it)...

I will only upload 1 foto here (because they are really big pics) so follow the links please...
