:D
Car sits level, excellent ground clearance, drive-shaft angles, not extreme (see rear left of picture.)
Front end doesn't hit the bumps stops, with me on the front bumper, will try with 2 people.

Using the shock mounts to guess at the length of the knife-edge mounts, has had the following result.
twisted/bent mounts :(

However with the revised longer mounts, the suspension should now be less soft and progressive..

Some people have written that the Traction is the best thread at the moment - crap, if you have too much money and spend it like crazy then yes but if you want engineering skills then THIS IS THE BEST THREAD :)

Nice knife edges

if any one wants to convert 2CV to Ak type front knife edges i got them

as we use a lot of them for the 4x4 when fitting A K springs
i normally fit them up with a special jig to ensure they are fitted in the correct position in relation to the inside of the arm

when i get round to it i will find some fitting pictures on the web
so to make an easy welding job

Today I used "engineering skills" ;) to fine tune my shock absorber mounts..

With a 1.5 m square tube they bend quite easily.
