Well it runs, steers, stops.
So major stuff done, tentative plans for Morvan.
However the car is under covers , at the moment the garage is full of furniture, so thats slows things a bit....
Plus its been cold and wet ;)

Pete.

Have You heard about Ackermann -theory? Inner front wheel should turn more than the outer, if not, You loose grip on front wheel when turning...

Image
Something like that

As it can be seen from the last picture of You car, it seem to be opposite, the outer wheel turn more than inner.

That can be a problem, it makes also qreat understeering, car "want" to go straight instead of turning...

If You want to have front axle like You have, the steering rod joints must to move much outward, outer than kingpin. On normal position with 2CV steering, the joint is inner than kingpin...

Hope You are thinked about this, if not, I'm sorry that didn't mention that before...

Hi Jasu,
Ok on the steering, the arms have been altered with a lot more castor angle added, its first drive was ok but may need some more adjustment.
Cheers
Peter

Maybe you could swap the rod ends side to side to counter that, if they fit within the wheel.
