Road Test..
At 40+ mph the steering has a nasty “shimmy”.
So checked the whole front suspension, even went to the local garage, put the car on the ramp…Steering column bolt torqued up all to no avail.
Culprit a loose nut on the steering arm adjuster(less than 1/4 turn loose)

Wheel nuts.
Wheel Bearings.
Drive Shaft Nut & Split Pin.
Drive Shaft Nuts x 12 on Gearbox End
King Pins.
King Pins Greased.
Steering Arm on the hub (M11) bolts x 4
Track Rod ends(Ball joints)
Tack Rod Adjusters Nuts x 4
Track Rod Bolts Steering Rack End
Steering Rack Play.
Steering Column Bolt on the Steering Rack Pinion.
Suspension Arms Bearings.
Steering wheel bolts x 3.
