Now the challenge of preparing my car in time, since it's also my daily drive,
but that's something for another topic.

It's good to finally know that I can go and start preparing.

My engine does needs some serious work since it has a cat and is adapted to run on E85, al that stuff needs to go an be rebuild as basic and robust as possible.

Just a quick note.
The raid is still a goer depending on the sitiuation in the country and in other counties nearby.
We monitor the news everyday. If the sitiúation developes to a risky level, the raid will be cancelled. Otherwise no important news at this stage.

How does the current situation in Libya affect the raid in your opinion?

If no trouble in Morocco, or country next door, we are off but let deside in June

Agree on that, and since. we will be away from the bigger cities and roads I won't expect us to have that much trouble only if we want to get back to Europe.....

Hope that the situation in Libya calms down... Of course most for the people who life there but there's also a small chance I will be deployed there if things get outta hand.

Suicide bomber kills 15 in tourist café in Morocco. This is worrying news and need serious consideration about our safety. At this stage I feel like not going. I would like to hear other raiders’ thoughts. Maybe delay the raid to later in the year.
