 Re: Spa 2009
I thought that, but it's an arse for those who have to travel home when they get to the UK.
I'll have a look at ferries after the weekend, I have a couple of days off next week to pick my car up, see little'un have her first day at school and buy a washing machine. I'll find time to pop down to the ferry ticket place in Dover and see what deals they have on, they're usually cheaper than most ferry companies are online, I'll email the results to anybody thinking of going.

OK Russ - I'll hang fire for now, and see what joy you get down at the ports.

 Re: Spa 2009
Rumble - looking at the Norfolk lines crossings & prices, i see the 16.01 return crossing is £34.00 - it would also mean that we would get home at a reasonable hour. 18.01 is £42.00 & would mean i'd be lucky to get home before the witching hour.
any thoughts people?

 Re: Spa 2009
How much is Le Train? I'm sold on it after going this weekend. Usually pricey though!
Still not had time to look into it much, been a busy weekend.
I'll go with anything from friday morning to sunday eve really, as long as it aint too pricey!

 Re: Spa 2009
Neil - I'm easy on return times, as I've got Monday off work - but I'll roll with whatever you need to do buddy. What's the journey time from ferry ports to Spa? About 4 - 5 hours? Can't get tooo hammered on the Saturday night then Like the idea of the chunnel - only ever done it once. Will look into that.

 Re: Spa 2009
Ummm, No!
Waiting on results of Xantia MOT - cost of which may prove prohibitive, also starting to think it's a long way & a lot of dosh for such a short trip. I'm feeling very skint right now and am kind of loosing my mojo.
